PRODUCTION MANAGER / AUDIO ENGINEER

POSITION SUMMARY

Leads execution for weekend services, special events, and Student Ministries. Leads and schedules all production

volunteers. Responsible for implementing the brand experience for weekend services by acting as a liaison with the

worship teams. Provides support to the worship team through rehearsal prep and stage management. Lead the technology

team in maintenance on all audio and video systems. Reports to Worship Pastor.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Designs a compelling live audio mix and leads execution for all weekend services, special events, Student Ministries and other ministries as needed

• Recruit, train, and lead a team of production volunteers and staff member

• Produces services and provides creative support to the worship experience by working with the Worship Pastor

• Leads debrief meetings with the production and music teams to make necessary changes for services

• Overseeing all technical aspects of worship services, including sound, lighting, video, livestreaming and presentation elements

• Ensuring smooth execution by managing equipment, training volunteers, and coordinating with the creative team to deliver a high-quality worship experience for the congregation

• Coordinate with Worship Pastor and Creative Art Director to prepare ProPresenter slides and Planning Center Services each week.
